Traditional sealants merely coat surfaces, often filling spaces with oil and providing a temporary barrier. In contrast, NanoProtect Solutions treatments fundamentally alter the molecular structure of materials, particularly asphalt shingles. Upon application, a chemical reaction initiates within each shingle, creating new S1 particles that bind both organic and inorganic components. These particles link shingle granules together from within, forming a unified, durable barrier against environmental stressors. This inside-out approach not only enhances protection but also extends the lifespan of your roof, saving you money on maintenance and replacements over time.

Best results are achieved when applied early (Shingle Saver on shingles New-5 years) but as long as your shingles are still in good condition we can apply to older roofs (Revive on shingles 5-25years). We offer a no obligation no cost inspection to determine the suitability of your roof prior to booking any installation.

Factors such as access and roof pitch may impact pricing, but we generally target an installed price at $1.49 per square foot for Revive and Shingle Saver. We also offer a budget solution Bio Boost at $0.85 per square foot. For comparison, a common shingle replacement will typically cost around $5-6 per square foot, with prices extending to $10-12 for some luxury shingles. On a cost per year basis, we're often saving home owners 30-80%

On roofs aged new-5 years, we offer a 15 year warranty for roof replacement on top of your installer and manufacture warranty. Otherwise, we typically offer a 10 year warranty on elegible roofs treated with Revive ages 5-20 years old. Roofs may otherwise benefit tremendously from treatment if in great shape or treated with Bio Boost, but will not be elegible for warranty. For extra piece of mind, your warranty is registered with our manufacture GoNano so it is not reliant on us.

We apply nano-particles that chemically bind with and reinforce asphalts. These nano-particles also repel moisture while remaining breathable and protect from UV and oxidization. The result is a long lasting treatment that doesn't require reapplication after 1-5 years. No other treatment has been proven to offer the long lasting benefits that we do.

No, GoNano does not void any of the current shingle manufacturer warranties. GoNano has undertaken a comprehensive legal assessment with their law firm to confirm this for the leading shingle manufacturers such as IKO, Owens Corning, BP, and GAF.

Some home-owners request a double treatment or peridic retreatment. Although we have data to show further improvement, we are still collecting data on the impact this offers.

We can complete minor repairs or re-seal exposed nails prior to application. More extensive repairs need to be completed by a qualified 3rd party before we proceed with treatment.
